Windows PCV Rehau Geneo 86 MD is a premium product made with the Rehau Geneo profile. Made entirely of Rau-Fipro composite material with a fiberglass base. The window is recommended primarily for modern passive and low-energy houses of the highest standard. It guarantees an innovative design and parameters that meet the highest expectations. The Geneo system allows you to achieve a unique energy efficiency class (even for Uw-0.73W/m2k). The use of 6 chamber profiles with the installation width of 86 mm, made in composite technology, ensures exceptional stiffness without the use of steel reinforcement! The additional central gasket guarantees the best tightness of the product. It is an exclusive product for the most demanding customers, combining unlimited possibilities of arrangement and the highest technical and functional parameters.

Glass package

Standard thermal insulation package of 3 shafts with heat transfer coefficient Ug = 0.5 W/(m²•K). Optionally, 4 shaft packages with Ug = 0.3 W/(m²•K) can be used. Glazing with a width of up to 52 mm allows the use of many different energy-saving, anti-burglary and acoustic glass packages.

Warm frame

Optionally, it is possible to use inter-glazed warm polymer frames in 6 available colors. They significantly improve the thermics and aesthetic qualities of the entire window.

Gaskets

The triple gasket arrangement provides excellent tightness, thermal and acoustic insulation. The innovative shape of the gaskets reduces the forces needed to close and open the windows.

Profile system

The 6-chamber profile with a width of 86 mm provides optimal thermal, acoustic and static properties. As a complete system, it enables the production of external doors and HS type lift and slide doors. It is also available in a version with aluminum overlays in RAL colors.

Aesthetics

A simple and timeless stylistic line combined with the technology used will allow to obtain illuminated, modern interiors. The smooth and aesthetic HDF (High Definition Finishing) surface guarantees easy cleaning and care.

Fittings

The renowned Roto NT fittings enable the use of various, functional solutions: anti-breaking protection, opening sensors, brake in the handle, graduated tilt or a Tilt First solution designed for the safety of the youngest.

PHZ (passivhaus zertifiziert)

Optionally, the GENEO PHZ system can be used in PETECKI FUTURE Design 86 MD windows. Thanks to filling the internal chambers with insulating inserts, the joinery significantly exceeds the parameters required in passive construction.

RAU-FIPRO

The core of the profiles is made of plastic based on RAU-FIPRO composites, which provides the highest static parameters without the need for steel reinforcement. This eliminates thermal bridges and allows the design of windows up to 1360x2640 mm in one sash
