The Veka Softline 82 window is the optimal combination of elegant appearance with the best thermal protection parameters, dedicated to low-energy and passive construction. The special 6-chamber window design with an additional central gasket allows deep installation of the glass package. The rounded shape of the profiles of the BluEvolution 82 MD system will emphasize the elegance and chic of each interior, while ensuring the highest possible level of energy efficiency.

•   The six-chamber profile construction made of the highest quality PVC provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
•   The 82 mm profile width allows the use of 3-glass packages with a width of up to 52 mm.
•   The reinforcement of the sash made of galvanized steel increases static strength and increases the level of safety.
•   The special sash design allows deep installation of the panes, which significantly improves the thermal insulation of the windows.
•   The large area of the profile chambers effectively improves ventilation and provides better cooling (reduction of thermal stresses).
•   The standard triple gasket arrangement with an innovative shape reduces the forces needed to close and open the windows. Rubber-silicone material provides excellent tightness, thermal and acoustic insulation as well as high resistance to UV radiation.
•   The 13mm fittings groove allows you to use stronger fittings by ROTO.

Glass package

Standard thermal insulation package of 3 shafts with heat transfer coefficient Ug = 0.5 W/(m²•K). Optionally, 4 shaft packages with Ug = 0.3 W/(m²•K) can be used. Glazing with a width of up to 52 mm allows the use of many different energy-saving, anti-burglary and acoustic glass packages.

Warm frame

Optionally, it is possible to use inter-glazed warm polymer frames in 6 available colors. They significantly improve the thermics and aesthetic qualities of the entire window.

Gaskets

The triple gasket arrangement with an innovative shape made of TPE thermoplastic elastometers thanks to its adequate flexibility and plasticity, optimally adapts to the window or door structure, even at very low temperatures, which significantly improves the tightness of the windows.

Steel reinforcement

The use of open reinforcements 2 mm thick steel allows avoid bridging thermal, which affects to improve parameters thermal insulation and on the statics of the window.

Aesthetics

A simple and timeless stylistic line combined with the technology used will allow to obtain illuminated, modern interiors.

Fittings

The renowned Roto NT fittings enable
the use of various, functional solutions:
anti-breaking, anti-burglary, opening sensors,
brake in the handle, gradual tilt or
Tilt First type solutions designed with
the youngest ones in mind.

Profile system

82 mm is in the light of the latest research optimal width that guarantees achieving the highest parameters thermal and acoustic insulation. Enlarged outer chambers they will effectively improve ventilation and cooling the window, reducing thermal stress, and thus improving static properties. Deep seating of the glazing unit eliminates the formation of the bridge temperature and excludes the phenomenon condensation of water vapor at the edge of the glass.
