Fire safety is very important for any type of building. Therefore, fire resistance of individual partitions – both fixed and movable – turns out to be important in practice. So what distinguishes fire doors?

Fire insulation elements.
Filling elements are made of plasterboard or alternatively cooling inserts and silicate-cement panels. All elements, including swelling strips, are made in accordance with applicable standards and technical approvals.

Gaskets.
Glass and cover gaskets are made of EPDM synthetic rubber according to DIN7863 and executive standard according to DIN7715 E2 or ISO3302-1. The gaskets are bonded together in a bonding process. Ceramic gaskets are installed between the glass and the steel brackets.
When choosing fire doors, many investors pay attention to their design and color, expecting them to correspond in character and style to a given room. Therefore, aluminum profiles for our doors are available in any colors from the RAL palette (wood-like and two-color). This is important because doors often connect representative parts of a building.

Fire glazing.
Fire doors can be used both externally and internally. They can be either single or double-leaf. The fire glazing used in them and glazing strips from the inside guarantee aesthetic versatility. In addition, special metal accessories protect the glass during a fire. The safety class of the glass used in our doors is 1/B/1.

Certificates.
Fire doors have a certificate of high resistance to smoke (Sa and Sm) and fire (EI 60). This number determines the fire resistance at the level of sixty minutes (1 hour) respectively. This means that during this time the doors will be able to protect the building against fire.

Hooks.
The doors are equipped with multifunctional, small size but reliable and safe reversible anti-panic electric taps type 331, 332. Thanks to this, they not only perform a fire-fighting function, but can also serve as an evacuation doors.

Handle.
The handles in our fire doors meet all the installation requirements of panic systems and fire fittings. They are made of stainless steel on oval rosettes.
